How so I schedule online?
We are currently using Mindbody for our online reservation and gift certificate services. Private sessions including Massage 101, Infant Massage, Private Yoga, Functional Integration, Movement Therapy and Massage may all be scheduled using our appointment calendar. Group sessions, workshops and classes may be scheduled via our class calendar. While you may browse availability as a guest, registration is required to complete a reservation.
We will personally schedule your appointment for you if you would like!
Thank you for choosing The Spa Room! We would love to assist you with scheduling your appointment. While many of our clients enjoy scheduling online, we are also happy to schedule your appointment for you. Simply email your appointment request to info@sparoommassage.com, we generally return emails within a few hours at the most, but no later than 24 hours.
We also humbly thank you for reporting any issues that you may encounter with our online scheduling system. We always that say online scheduling is super convenient when it works, and well, just the opposite when it doesn’t:)
We are also happy to give you a call, but please know that we are frequently with clients and unable to pick up the phone. We are able to get back to you more promptly via email.
Why do I need to enter a credit card? What if I have a gift certificate or voucher? Will my card be charged?
We do require a credit card number in order to hold all appointment. For most services there is no charge to your card except if you are unable to meet the terms of our cancellation policy.
If you have a gift certificate and you are unable to meet the terms of our cancellation policy then your gift certificate will be charged rather than your credit card. Likewise, if you provide a non-Spa Room voucher number in addition to your credit card, your voucher will be redeemed and your credit card will not be charged.
I made an appointment online, how do I know that it went through?
When you complete the online booking process you will receive an email confirmation from The Spa Room.
If you didn’t receive this email ( check your spam folder too!!) then your appointment has not been made.
You can call or email us and we will help you out!
I keep getting “No Appointments Available” for every date that I search!
Our current hours are Friday – Sunday and our appointments tend to fill up to two weeks in advance. If you are unable to find an appointment please scroll ahead to the next weekend. If you continue to see “no availability” beyond this time frame please clear your browsers cache, try another browser/device, or simply contact us. Many times we can modify the schedule to accommodate your request.
I’ve tried calling, but no one ever seems to answer. What’s going on?
As a boutique wellness studio, we don’t have a traditional front desk. If you call and get our voice mail, please do leave a message! We check our voice mailbox quite frequently, however it is difficult to return voicemails in a timely fashion. Email is the best way to reach us. Our voice mailbox does have a time stamp, so if you are calling to cancel or reschedule your appointment and leave a message, we’ll know that you called outside of the 24-hour window even if we don’t hear your message right away, so there is no need to worry.
