Why do I need to enter a credit card? What if I have a gift certificate? Will my card be charged?
We do require a credit card number in order to hold all appointment. For most services there is no charge to your card except if you are unable to meet the terms of our cancellation policy.
For some services, such as our restorative yoga class, we do require pre-payment. However, you will see the words “pre-payment required, your credit card will be charged at the time of scheduling” in the service description.
If you have a gift certificate and you are unable to meet the terms of our cancellation policy then your gift certificate will be charged rather than your credit card.
I made an appointment online, how do I know that it went through?
When you complete the online booking process you will receive an email confirmation from The Spa Room with the subject line “New Appointment”.
If you didn’t receive this email ( check your spam folder too!!) then your appointment has not been made.
You can call or email us and we will help you out!
I keep getting “No Appointments Available” for every date that I search!
When you search for multiple guests then our system will only search for times when that number of services are available at the same time.
Currently we only have two treatment rooms, so if you search for more than two appointments you will always get “no appointments available”
If you are searching for two appointments at the same time and still having no luck, then you might try searching for just one appointment right after another.
Typically we have openings at least one week ahead for weekday appointments and two weeks ahead for weekend appointments.
Currently our Saturdays are quite full until August. However, we do have quite a bit of availability on Sundays.
Why Can’t I ever find a time for a 30 or 35 minute massage?
Only sessions 45 minutes or longer can be scheduled online. 30 and 35 minute appointments can be made by email or telephone. You can also submit a reservation request by clicking here.
Check your gift certificate
There are some services that come with a time or date restriction. Check your gift certificate so that you know that you are searching for days on which the service is offered. If you have a gift certificate by one of our partners, then please follow the directions listed on the redemption instructions.
