I read one article that describes March as a “moody time”. As the world awakens weather patterns shift in unpredictable ways. One day the sun shines, the next day the snow falls. There can be a sense of one step forward towards renewal and two steps back towards hibernation- a sort of starting & stopping.
What steps can we take to balance ourselves and align our energy with the world around us? We can start by shedding some of our hibernating habits by lightening our meals and reducing snacking. Celebrate growing things by getting out into nature, or by bringing nature into your living space.
Start a Garden Inside Your Apartment

Engage in activities that promote detoxification and lymph movement. such as aerobic exercise and sauna.
